Investigating, researching
We know that not all problems are bad and we’re up for the challenge of solving the puzzle. Whether it’s in tax guidelines, audit procedures, or business practices, we know that the pace of new information never slows down. We’re up for the challenge of supporting our clients as well as one another by solving problems well.
Flexibility
Spread across 5 different offices throughout North Alabama, we visit clients across the state. We work a daily schedule that allows us to move around from client to client while maintaining the flexibility each team member needs in their personal lives. We communicate, work autonomously, and take ownership of our work.
Teamwork
Working from various locations doesn’t hold us back from building bonds. Regular conversations include non-work topics like local events, family life, and sports. Once a year we come together for a company picnic with each team member’s family. Each month we go out to lunch as a team and during the busy tax season, we go all out for weekly staff lunches on Saturdays. We make space to have fun.
